Law enforcement have made public shocking footage illustrating a motorist executing dangerous drifting maneuvers around a traffic circle during an illegal vehicle gathering, placing spectators at grave danger of harm.

A 23-year-old from Southampton received a jail term of 27 weeks, deferred for 12 months, after pleading guilty to reckless operation of a vehicle.
